[HomeKit] How to unravel that invisible force (Email 2 of 3)
Body:
Hey love,
This is the second email in a 3-email series going over what the Home Kit’s for…
What I’m pairing the Home Kit with…
… And some information on how to make your home a sacred space that manifests FOR you.
If you haven’t read the first one yet, make sure to do that first.
It creates context for the problem we’re solving in this email.
So you won’t understand as well if you don’t. Then you’re less likely to actually put this into practice.
Which would mean staying stuck.
So either go find that email or click below to read it, now.

How to unravel the ‘Invisible Force’
Assuming you’ve read that, let’s get into this.
A simple way to define this invisible force is:
The lingering negative energy in your environment that lowers your vibrations, blocks positive manifestations, and attracts misfortune.
It’s obviously bad news.
So what can we do to get rid of it and to keep it out?
In one word:
Declutter
(Some people instantly freak out at this word. If that’s you, don’t panic. I’ll talk about making it easy in a second)
There are two types of ‘clutter’ we need to get rid of:
1. The lingering negative energy
2. Actual physical clutter and mess
We know all about why we need to get rid of negative energy, but why the physical stuff?
Is it really that big of a deal?
Well, picture a cluttered place in your home.
If you had to imagine its energy, what would it look like?
Easy-breezy and free-flowing?
Of course not.
You probably got tense (that’s low level fear, by the way) just thinking about it.
It’s energy is dark and stifled. ‘Stuck’ and frustrated. Tangled.
Clutter is chaos.
And nothing beautiful flows into chaos. (Brianna Wiest)
Instead its chaotic vibrations will manifest chaotic results.
It will continue being ‘stuck’ and blocking the flow of energy in your home, producing disharmony, and draining your energy.
And it will manifest issues in different areas of your life depending on WHERE in your home the clutter is. (This is a Feng Shui principle I’ll talk a bit about in a later email)
So we need to clear it out.
Clearing out negative energy
The lingering energies are best cleared via smudging.
Smudging is when we burn specific herbs or resins and ‘bathe’ something or someone in the smoke.
That smoke breaks up and clears stagnant and negative energy, clearing space for new energy to enter.
Sage is super popular.
Copal is gaining more popularity and is included in the High Vibe Home Kit.
It has a different feeling than Sage — It’s a bit richer, somehow like the difference between milk chocolate and dark chocolate.
Both are great. Just a little different.
Copal is in the kit instead of Sage because:
1. I’ve been using it and I absolutely LOVE it
And 2. Copal is masterful in its ability to break down really dense and stagnant energies.
And It also brings an especially positive, loving energy with it.
This makes it perfect for clearing homes, which often carry the imprints built up from many, many families over time.
Dealing with the physical stuff
Most people don’t do this because it takes time and because it…
… Well, it can feel emotional.
Remember, your surroundings are a reflection of your internal world.
So external clutter represents some mental-emotional clutter.
That can sometimes make decluttering an uncomfortable experience. But it also makes it extremely powerful.
So here are some guidelines to also make it easy.
1. Start small.
You don’t have to go through everything at once.
In fact, you technically don’t have to go through everything ever if you don’t want to.
Just pick one section that’s meaningful to you.
———————
Hints:
If relationships or love are an issue… start in the bedroom.
If it’s money, start in the office and the places you deal with money (like your wallet or purse)
If you want to lose weight, start in your closet.
And if your hallways are cluttered, you probably notice issues in many areas, so start there first.
———————
And just work on that one section, a bit at a time.
Huge results are made by small actions taken every day.
5 to 15 minutes is enough.
2. Don’t do this angry
Angry energy is rarely a good source of clarity.
You may make decisions you regret in this space.
3. Open up the windows and air the place out!
Remember, we’re trying to increase the flow of energy.
Get some airflow going while you do this. It’ll make you feel lighter and make things move faster.
Open windows also typically mean more light!
4. Put on music you LOVE.
There’s no moment in life that can’t be improved with the right track.
But you already know this.
5. Finish before you get tired.
Don’t wait until you’re drained, frustrated and questioning your sanity.
Finish while you still have gas in the tank.
It keeps the whole process lighter and reduces pressure.
And if you don’t hate it, you’re much more likely to keep doing it and to see the results you’re looking for.
If nothing else, remember this one thing
That’s enough for you to get started.
I urge you not to underestimate the power of clearing out old, stagnant, bad vibes.
If you remember nothing else, remember this:
In a world where manifestation is possible, the only thing that ever really holds us back is negative emotion.
If you continually clearing and release negative emotions, you’ll eventually reach a space where positive manifestations becomes the norm.
Manifesting what you want becomes effortless and instantaneous.
That’s the power of clearing and decluttering.

P.S. Tomorrow, I’m going to share the other things I’m making to pair with the High Vibe Home Kit.
It’ll help you go deeper into clearing what you need to.
And then help you invite positive energies and prevent the invisible force from settling back in.
Keep an eye out!
